Elden Ringis home to a seemingly infinite amount of NPCs. The game does a phenomenal job of blending in NPCs that you’ve met at the very beginning of your journey all the way through to the end. Although this isn’t the case for every NPC, there is large number of NPCs whose quests will directly impact how your quest as a tarnished ends.

One of these NPCs is Hyetta, whom you can meet reasonably early in the Lands Between. Her questline involves Melina, Irina, and Millicent, as well as several unique rewards that can only be obtained through her quest line.
Finding Hyetta
Hyetta can only be found after completing Irina’s quest. To start her questline, she can initially be found Southeast of the Bridge of Sacrifice Site of Grace in the Weeping Peninsula. After you exhaust her dialogue, she will provide you with a letter to give to her father at Castle Morne; he can be found on top of the Eastern corner of the castle. From here, you have two options:
Once you have felled Edgar in either of the two ways, travel to the Lake-Facing Cliffs in Liurnia. Upon reaching the Site of Grace, you will see Hyetta has now appeared, standing near a rock. Speak with her and give her the Shabriri Grape.

Hyetta’s Next Location
Before you meet with Hyetta again, you will want to find another Shabriri Grape. Luckily for you, there’s one close by! From the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace, make your way Southeast until you reach Godricks throne room in Stormveil Castle. Search around until you find a spirit lying on the ground, holding its face. In front of them will be a Shabriri Grape.
From here, travel along the cliffside tombstones North of the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace. Keep traveling northward until you stumble upon the Liurnia Highway North Site of Grace. Near the Site of Grace, a path will lead Southwest to the Purified ruins. Follow the path and make your way to the location marked on the map above, here, you will find Hyetta. Present her with the second Shabriri Grape and exhaust her dialogue.

Hyetta’s Third Location
As anxious as you are to meet up with Hyetta again, you will need to find another Shabriri Grape. Conveniently enough, one is a short distance Southeast from Hyetta’s second location in the Purified Ruins. Be on the lookout for a wooden pallet floor covering surrounded by barrels, wood, and hay. Jump onto the wooden floor, which will break beneath you to reveal some stairs. Take the stairs, open the door at the end of the hall, and open the chest to collect the third Shabriri Grape.
You will find Hyetta in her third position North of the Gate Town Bridge Site of Grace. Go through her dialogue and tell her that the Shabriri Grapes are really human eyeballs. After exhausting the discussion, rest at the Site of Grace and return to her; she will have a new dialogue. Finish your chat with her, and you’ll be ready for her following location.

Hyetta’s Fourth Location
For her fourth location, Hyetta can be found at Bellum Church. The easiest way to reach this location is to travel to Caria Manor and then follow the path on the map above, where you will cross a stone spire to reach the other side of the landmass. Chat with Hyetta once you arrive, and she will talk about a Fingerprint Grape. You will need to retrieve one of these items to progress her questline.
First, make your way Northeast to the Grand Lift of Dectus (don’t take the lift up) and then travel south past the Frenzy-Flaming Tower. Take cover to avoid damage from the Eye at the top of the tower. If the Eye can’t see you, it can’t hurt you. Once you reach the base of the tower, eliminate all the enemies inside it so they cannot summon the Eye anymore; this will make getting to your next destination much more manageable.

Upon clearing the tower, continue to travel south through the Frenzied Flame Village until you find the path that leads up toward the Church of Inhibition. As you approach the church, you should be invaded by Vyke, whom you must defeat to obtain the Fingerprint Grape. After collecting the Grape:

Finding Hyetta’s Final Location
Hyetta’s last location will be in Leyndell, Royal Capital. To access Leyndell, you must first acquire two great runes. If you don’t already have two great runes, it is recommended that you defeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, and Godrick the Grafted. After obtaining the runes, head towards the Capital’s North side towards the Capital Rampart Site of Grace. If you haven’t reached this point, there will be a tree sentinel-like boss guarding the entrance.
Once you’re inside the Capital, make your way to the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace. After arriving, travel Northwest down the stairs, and continue until you hit the streets below. Once you’re at the bottom, head Northeast until you find a water well that you will climb down and travel through until you find the Underground Roadside Site of Grace. From here, exit the room and travel Northeast; you will find an open grate in the ground. Drop below and fight through the various sewers and rooms until you open the door that acts as a shortcut to the Underground Roadside Site of Grace.

Finding Hyetta’s Final Location (Continued)
Rest at the Site of Grace and take the shortcut; you will make your way toward the Forsaken Depths. Travel along the main pipe and make your way through the passage that is marked in the image above. Once you’re through this passage, jump into the open pipe and make your way down. Take any pathways that lead down until you come across a cage-like elevator. Once you take the elevator down, rest at the Site of Grace; ahead is Mohg the Omen.
Defeat him and make your way to the Cathedral of the Forsaken. Open the chest to receive the Erdtree’s Favor +1 Talisman and then attack the altar behind It to open up a secret passage. Now be warned, you are about to discover the creepiest area in Elden Ring. Travel down the path, where you will see hundreds of burned bodies. There will still be several enemies that can use frenzy spells, so be careful. You can actually use these enemy attacks to destroy the tents in the various rooms to acquire a plethora of items, the most notable being the Nomadic Merchants Armor Set (in one of the very first tents).
Another word of caution, making your way down this room may cause you to break your controller a few times. You will need to tactfully use sprint jumps and non-sprint jumps to land perfectly on small pieces of stone and wood that lead to the bottom. This may take a handful (or a hundred) times to complete successfully, but it is well worth it! At the bottom, you will find Hyetta (although it’s not clear how she managed to get down here).

Frenzied Flame Ending Options
Before proceeding to receive the frenzied flame ending, there is a hidden path southeast that leads to Deeproot Depths; this will allow you to skip the twin gargoyle fights if you haven’t done it already. Approach Hyetta, who will tell you to remove all of your clothes/armor and open the door to be welcomed by the three fingers. You will inherit the Flame of Frenzy upon opening the door.
A few things to note before you inherit the Flame of Frenzy, as you can potentially lock yourself into this ending:
But to complete Hyetta’s questline, obtain the Flame of Frenzy and find Hyetta at the exact location you left her. Exhaust her dialogue and rest at the nearby Site of Grace. When you reenter the world, you will see Hyetta has disappeared, and you can pick up the Frenzied Flame Seal that boosts the potency of Frenzied Flame incantations and scales primarily with Faith.
