Making it to Nokstella is easier by following Runni’s questline, but if you want a direct and quick path, then you should get ready to defeat three bosses: General Radahn, Mimic Tear, and Double Gargoyles. Wing of Astel is a world-drop weapon that drops from a small chest present at the top of the ruins in southern Uhl Palace Ruins. It can only be reached if you have access to the Northern Section of Ainsel River, by following the river east from northern Uhl Palace Ruins.
From theNokstella, Eternal Cityor Ainsel River Main Site of Grace, look at the waterfall in between these two locations. Go through the main gate south of the Ainsel River Main and step into the watery path until you reach a crossroad. Turn left and get past the ant with a circular head. Now turn right when you are out of the cave, hug the right wall, and drop safely down the ledges and up the path where the chest is located on the walkway behind the Malformed Star enemy.

Since Wing of Astel scales primarily with Intelligence and Dexterity, the best option is to focus on Intelligence first as it will increase the Magic damage this weapon deals. Dexterity should come next as it will increase the Physical damage of this weapon.
This weapon consumes a low FP of 20. Hence you can work well with a focusing Mind stat. However, since it is a Dexterity weapon you can focus on Endurance for higher Stamina as well as Vigor for higher health

Wing of Astel works well on their own but we can improve the lethality of the build by dual-wielding Curved whether it may be another Wing of Astel or any other Curved Sword with a powerful Skill.
