Troy Baker had to go through a lot of pain to finally nail the role of Indiana Jones for the upcoming game,Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.He was working on his role without any payments for 3 weeks straight before the shooting began.
There was a lot of competition for the role of Indiana Jones portrayed in the films by Harrison Ford. The director wanted to cast the perfect person who would fit well into the role of Ford.

Troy Baker has been a part of the gaming industry for the past 20 years now. During these 2 decades, he has secured a special place for himself as an actor within the industry. He is quite a talented and well-known actor who has 5 BAFTA nominations to his name.

He was completely against imitating Ford for the role, and that is what worked best for Baker as well. Baker reached Uppsala, where the shooting was about to take place 3 weeks after rigorous training.

Everybody thinks he sounds like Harrison, but he always does it in a way that makes you really believe it’s Harrison. He contributes in a deeper way.
