Eiichiro Oda’sOne Pieceis known for having one of the best character development elements in the series. Not only that, the character development is not limited to the protagonist or the main characters of the story. Saint Jaygarcia Saturn May Be the Most Heinous Villain inOne PieceHistory
Saturn can easily be called the most menacing villain inOne Piece’shistory because of the level of manipulation and deceit he committed in the lives of Bartholomew Kuma and Jewelry Bonney. He is the reason why Kuma has become a mindless cyborg in the first place, and he is also the one who got Bonney’s mother killed.
But Saturn has been manipulating Kuma’s life way before all this even started. Every step of Kuma’s journey was marked with anguish and torment by Saturn’s manipulation and meddling. Saturn personally confronted Kuma when he was a child in God Valley, abusing and scolding him for desiring to live a free life rather than one as a slave.

He also attempted to usurp Kuma’s position as ruler of the Sorbet Kingdom. In addition to causing more suffering, Saturn was the one who persuaded Kuma to assist the World Government in return for Bonney, his daughter, receiving medical care. All these events prove that Saturn may be the most menacing and heinous villain inOne Piece’shistory.
