The cloak does not offer any Elemental Resistances, Debilitation Resistances, nor does it provide stat boosts to either of the player’s Defense or Magick Defense.
What this Cloak does offer is a +1 point increase to resist both Slashing and Striking attacks, but also raises your Knockdown Resistance. What puts it so low on this list is that Cloaks will be ideal for raising your Resistance against certain elements and Debilitations that can turn the tide of battle. This physical focus is nice, but there will always seemingly be a better Cloak you could be using for your target foe.
9Wayfarer’s Cape
