The latest and first original IP fromMetal Gear Soliddirector,Death Stranding, naturally has plenty of gamers who discuss and show off their relatable gameplay experiences. One such fan,S-Kinnaly, took to her Twitter and drew out a couple fun scenarios based on in-game mechanics. (And yes, peeing on the ghost BTs actually works and causes them to flee from you):

My two favorite details are both in the second picture: the pizza getting thrown along with all the packages and the baby’s expression in its container as it falls with protagonist Sam Bridges. Here’s to hoping we can get more good stuff from S-Kinnaly in the very near future.

Check out our review forDeath Strandinghere, which features a thoughtful look at a very divisive game. In recent news, on social media and various other platforms, some have started to express thatÂKeighley’s involvement withÂDeath StrandingÂin the cameo role of “The Ludens Fan” is aconflict of interestgiven the fact that he also organizes The Game Awards.

Death Strandinghad thebest launch salesof any new IP this generation in Japan and also became thesecond biggest PS4title to launch in 2019 in the UK.

As forÂthe launch trailer, Kojima claimed that he edited the trailer in a way to help allow people to understand the game better. Which after months of confusion surrounding the title’s weird story, is a breath of fresh air.

The trailer gave us a cinematic look at the game, showing the infamous baby being carried out of a guarded building. Then we see Norman Reedus’s character, Sam, preparing for a journey. And while we get to see stunning landscapes and desolate areas, the majority of the trailer showed off exploration elements, action scenes, and cinematics.

Just after the title’s launch, Kojima teased a concept forÂhis next project. According to a recent interview withÂGamesradar:

In the next five years, the platform will be streaming. Either it’s a movie or game, both will remain – the cinema experience and the platform of games will remain. But the game, you could broadcast that right now, like esports that you see today. I think there’s something ahead, and I’m thinking about that. It’s a movie, but it’s a game, I’m thinking of that kind of idea, and I want to do that kind of thing.

Death StrandingÂlaunched forPS4 on November 8th and is due outÂon PC in Summer 2020.Preorders for the latter have already gone live on bothÂSteam and Epic Games Store.
