The survival horror video game developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 released on 21 July 2025 and since then, the game has crafted quite the following. In appreciation forDays Gone, the tight-knit community is coming together to celebrate in a week-long event for the game’s anniversary by showcasing a host of in-game photos, streams, videos, fan-art, discussions and anything elseDays Gonerelated.If you haven’t yet experienced the formidable world ofDays Gonethen you’re in for one hell of a ride. The game is set in an open-world post-apocalyptic area of Oregon two years after the start of a global pandemic where former outlaw-turned-drifter Deacon St. John discovers the possibility of his wife Sarah still being alive, which leads Deacon on a quest to find her but the broken road isn’t made easy by hordes of Freakers, Marauders, Anarchists and Rippers to name a few. Although the game was originally meant to release in 2018 and underwent several delays, it finally saw the light of day last April and in the year since its launch, fans of the game have come together to share their in-game experiences and love for the title.

In the run-up to the game’s first anniversary next Sunday, Kevin has organized a week-long event that spans right across the entireDays Gonecommunity to show gratitude to the developers at Bend Studios and also as a way for fans of the game to get in on the action also. Throughout the week which starts today and ends on April 26, there will be special guest interviews, huge giveaways, fan-appreciation videos, streams, a photo mode contest with prizes, fan articles, and much more incredible content.
