Who Is The Entity in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Zombies?
The journey to uncovering the identity of The Entity begins in the chaos of battle as Deadbolt, the elite strike team, deals with a ton of enemies. You’ve got Zakhaev and the menacing Orcus, a monstrous Dark Aether worm creature.
Ava Jansen, a key member of Deadbolt, manages to activate the Neutralizer, a weapon intended to disrupt Zakhaev’s plans. However, she gets a lot more than she bargains for, as this sets her up for her first encounter with The Entity.

As the Dark Aether vortex engulfs the scene, the mysterious figure confronts Jansen. She ends up screaming and fainting, which is fair enough. When she wakes up, her eyes glow purple. She doesn’t recall anything about what just happened, only that it tried to connect with her somehow.
Since then, Jansen’s had a weird connection with The Entity, even being possessed by it once. Does she hold the key to unlocking its secrets, or is she just a pawn in a larger game?

Well, according to one X user, the mystery is about to get a whole lot more mysterious. The Entity that picked up Ava Jansen is… Ava herself.
Err, the Dark version of herself. That might explain the connection she has with it after their first meeting, although one could argue that coming face-to-face with anything of that nature would also net the same result.

When Zombies was announced forMW3back in 2023, nobody could’ve predicted the elaborate lore it would bring fans. It’s gotten popular among players, as they eagerly anticipate a new update to the lore.

Until more story is revealed, there are still plenty of other things to look forward to in the game that are coming soon. A recent leakfrom the same accountshowed that up to 12 new Rift items will be added to the game during the next three seasons.
