The release of Bloons Tower Defense 6drastically alteredthe Bloons formula with its introduction of Hero Monkeys. On the surface level, they seem like simple additions. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth because each hero comes equipped with a series of 20 levels of buffs, perks, and abilities that can alter the course of any game!

Each hero has its own strengths and weaknesses, designed to fit snugly into the massive array of towers. However, not all Hero Monkeys were created equal, and some are simply more powerful than others! This list will cover some of thebest Bloons Tower Defense 6 heroes.
Etienne is agreatearly-game hero, thanks to his ability to follow bloons across the entire map. He actssort of like a pursuit chopper, keeping pace with whichever bloons progress furthest throughout the map!
Truth be told, Etienne’s usability is almost entirely because of his UCAV. This flying drone provides camo detection toevery single tower on screen, completely removing a large source of frustration for many players. The UCAV also comes with a rather deadly missile ability, although its recharge does take quite a while.
9Striker Jones
Striker Jones is only ranked on this list for hisridiculous synergywith Bomb Shooters! Specifically, the Cluster Bomb upgrade on the bottom path has become somewhat of the current game’s meta. The Jones + Cluster Bomb strategy is bothhighly effective and insanely cheap.
Setting up the strategy is easy – start off by placing Jones down in a wide-open area, along with a couple of bomb shooters. Upgrade all nearby bomb shooters to 2-0-3, and buff those cannons with a closely positioned 5-2-0 Monkey Village! The sheer damage output of this strategy willblow you away.
The best thing Ezili has going for her is just how cheap she is! Players using Ezili will have a difficult time doing very much damage for the first 20 or so rounds, but once she hits level 8, herMOAB damage is solid!
Her ability to strip properties off of bloons means she hasgreat synergy with primaryand military monkeys, making her one of the best heroes for primary-only games. Freeplay is where Ezili truly shines, however, since she can absolutely obliterate BAD bloons!
7Admiral Brickell
If Admiral Brickell wasn’t restricted to water placement, she would almost certainly be ranked higher on this list. The naval hero comes equipped with a very solid cannon, along with what is essentially a built-inexplosive Spike Factory!
On maps with a plethora of water, Admiral Brickell is going to be afantasticchoice for players, thanks to her ability to buff all nearby water-based monkeys. Monkey Subs and Buccaneers (which are already two of the strongest towers in the game) will become a true force to be reckoned with when paired with the Admiral.
Benjamin differs from the other heroes in that his primary purpose is not to deal damage. Instead, he generatesloads of extra incomefor the player to spend at their leisure! If placed early enough, he can upgrade to the point where the level 40 MOAB can be deleted by him, but that is difficult to obtain.

Players using Benjamin should be certain to fully utilize 2-3-0 Banana Farms, thanks to his passive buff, whichgreatly increasesthe amount of revenue that Monkey Banks generate. Benjamin’s only real downside is his sky-high purchasing cost!
Sauda is hands-down thebest early-game hero. Her rapid attack speed is unrivaled, and she is available for purchase immediately, no matter the difficulty! If positioned wisely, Sauda is capable of soloing the first 27 rounds all by herself. The amount of cash this saves will set the player up for success far down the road.
Her two abilities are alsospectacular, Leaping Sword and Sword Charge. Each one is capable of dealing massive damage to bloons all over the map! It is true that Sauda is not as solid as some other heroes when it comes to late-game capabilities, but her early to mid-game power istruly unmatched.
Psi is one of the newer heroes in the game, and upon release, heimmediatelybecame a fan favorite! Psi starts off as a sort of souped-up Sniper Monkey, capable of attacking bloons across the entire map. Although not impressively helpful early-game, Psi quickly becomes one of thebest late-game heroes out there!
He pairs wonderfully with towers that slow or freeze bloons, such as the Glue Gunner and the Ice Monkey! This is because once he gets to a certain point, Psi can one-shot MOAB bloons! Too many at once will overwhelm him, but if they are slowed down just a bit, MOABs will become a piece of cake! Just be sure to set his targeting to strong bloons.
3Pat Fusty
Although certainly not the brightest of the bunch, Pat Fusty is a legitimate powerhouse! His kit is centered mostly around keeping MOAB bloons at bay, and boy is he good at it. Plus, his Rallying Roar ability gives all nearby towers +1 popping power, further diversifying his skills!
The only disappointing aspect of Pat is his poor range, but even that becomes negligible thanks to his phenomenal power! A fun fact about Pat is that he can be placed on either land or water, so he is fantastic no matter which map you play on!
Unlike most of the other heroes in Bloons Tower Defense 6, Adora remains afantasticchoice fromstart to finish! She starts off with a beam attack that has massive popping potential on all bloon types, aside from camo and purple. Well, that is until she levels up once!
Adora has remained a fan favorite ever since her release for a plethora of reasons. Every time she levels up, her power increases drastically, and by the time she reaches level 20, she is practically unstoppable! To top it all off, Adora is the best tower in the game to sacrifice to the Sun God Monkey — a strategy that has long been the meta of the game.
The newest hero in the game, Geraldo, is a wonderful addition. He is easily themost uniquehero in the game, acting as a special shop in which players can purchase whatever they may need to survive. This means thathis learning curve is steep, but diligent players will be greatly rewarded for learning how to use him!
While he maintains decent attack power,his shop makes him incredibly powerful. Players are highly encouraged to do their research on how to use Geraldo most effectively because his abilities are some of the best we have ever seen.
