Baldur’s Gate 3: How To Fix The Broken Moon Lantern

While playing Baldur’s Gate 3, you will need a working Moon Lantern to move around the Shadow-Cursed Lands. Here’s how to get a working one.

How To Rescue Minthara

Truthfully, rescuing Minthara from Moonrise Towers is much easier than it sounds. So, if you want to rescue Minthara, you will need to head to the prison (to the right of the throne) and speak to the guards questioning her. You can either kill them or persuade them to let her go. Once you have Minthara with you, you will want to head upstairs, but the warden will stop you and ask what you are doing.Once again, you can either persuade them that you will keep track of Minthara or you can kill them.

Once you leave the prison, you are basically finished, as long as you don’t speak to anyone on your way out. If you head to the bridge outside the towers with her, she will say she is finally safe. From there, you are able to ask her to join you on your quest. If she does join you, she will head to your camp, and you can continue on your quest to infiltrate the towers.

If you take Minthara inside Moonrise Towers while the Cult of the Absolute is still there, they will question why she is with you. If you fail any checks, they will attack you. It is better to leave her in your camp anytime you enter the area until you get to the final assault on Moonrise.
