Baldur’s Gate 3: All Allies You Can Gather In The Final Battle
The final battle in Baldur’s Gate 3 requires you to have as many allies as possible. Here are all of them that you can recruit.
If you want to gather Mind Flayer Parasites and become the ultimate Illithid, then this guide is for you. Overall, there are at least forty-two Mind Flayer Parasite Specimens throughout the game. Here’s a guide to finding them all.

There are ten Mind Flayer Parasites that you can find inAct 1. Here they all are.

This is one of the Goblin Camp Leaders.

The Risen Road
Gnoll Warlord Flind
The tadpole is found on the Gnoll Warlord that is found during the “Find The Missing Shipment” quest.
True Soul Nere
The Drow leader in Grymforge.

The CrecheInfirmary
Inside the infirmary, you will find three tadpoles near the Zaith’isk (whereLae’zelcan take theGithyanki Cure).
If you decide to side with the Goblins in Act 1, you will obtain Gifts From The Absolute. While these are basically the same thing as Mind Flayer Parasite Specimens, they do not have the same name and are not listed on this list.

Docked Ship
There is a ship docked behind the towers. You can find barrels containing two tadpoles.
Entrance Guards
If you kill Zealot Malik and Adept Merim at the entrance, they will drop tadpoles.
Disciple Z’rell
Killing Ketheric’s lieutenant gives you one.
This is another one of Ketheric’s lieutenants.
Zealot Krizt’s body
If you travel to the Moonrise Towers Prison, you can find a dead body with a tadpole.
Mind Flayer Colony
Brine Pool
If you check the Brine Pool near Mizora in the Mind Flayer Colony, you can find one.

If youfeed the Mind Flayeror kill him, you will get a tadpole or Mind Flayer Brain (they do the same thing).

you’re able to find one sitting on a barrel (X-213, Y: 110) at the Rivington Docks.

Found on a ship in the docks (only if you don’t find it in Act 2’s Moonrise Towers Docks).

His parents are located at Flymm’s Cobblers and, if killed, will drop tadpoles.

This NPC is located in Bloomridge Park.
