What Is Energy Used For?
Energy is used for a lot of different things within the game.However, the most important thing that Energy is used for is healing yourself. If you are low on Energy, you won’t be able to heal automatically and will need to rely on health items instead.Thankfully, increasing it is pretty easy to do, and so is restoring it.
How Do You Restore Energy?
Restoring Energy can be pretty easy at later stages in the game. However, when you are first starting out, you may come across some trouble trying to restore it.In order to restore your Energy, you will need to eat food. While food can be found laying around the world at times, you will mainly have to cook it.This means that you will need to hunt animals and gather resources. Therefore, you are going to want to make sure you use your Energy wisely and are always able to replenish it.
How Do You Increase Energy?
If you would rather increase your Energy than having to cook meals (though you will need to do that too, just not as often), then you’re in luck. The game makes it pretty easy to increase your Energy.Just like when you’re increasingammo capacity, you’re going to need Skill Points to increase your Energy. When you unlock Skills, you will have 5 different Skill Paths to follow. If you select the Memories of the Survivor Skill Path, you will find a Skill called “Vigor.“This Skill will increase your Base Energy, allowing you to have more of it. Anytime you increase your Vigor Skill, you will increase your Energy.
