Followingthe large-scale alleged leak of Grand Theft Auto 6 yesterday, another possible leak has surfaced. This time it’s 45 minutes of allegedDiablo IVgameplay footage. A Reddit user named iV1rus0shared the purported beta gameplay footage, showcasing the game’s user interface, giant map, campaign mode, cosmetics, and more.
Before diving into the long gameplay snippet, it is worth pointing out that the leaks are alleged to have been taken from Diablo IV’s undergoing Friends & Family beta testing. As always, a possible leak is not representative of what the game will look like at launch, and it shouldn’t be treated as such. However, as seen in the footage, the development process must be in the mid-stage, given they have already created many locations, skills, missions, and UI.

The gameplay video begins with our protagonist taking a mission from an NPC named Donan. Then we see the beta shop update, which includes several cosmetic sets, such as Sunken Treasures, Raised By Wolves, and The Lion of Arreat, that players can purchase with palladium. There are six menu sections displayed in the middle of the screen as the video focuses on the newly designed shop, including the map, collections, social, clan, and shop. A key aspect of cosmetics is that certain classes can use them, meaning players must choose the appropriate cosmetic for their class.
The map appears on the right side of the screen, and quests are listed just below it. These quests shown in the footage are campaign quests, letting you descend on undiscovered areas such as Kehjistan, Hawezar, and Zarbinzet. It was also revealed that there are a ton of side quests that, when finished, will net players awards, equipment, or in-game money. As for the gameplay itself, the long cooldowns were the first thing mentioned by viewers. Four special skills were placed below a yellow bar, which is supposed to show the character’s stamina.
Blizzard has not issued a response to the potential as of the time of writing. The latest entry in the iconic RPG series, Diablo IV, is planned to launch for PC and consoles in 2023.
