Some of them have the potential to defeat Kratos in battle, while others can completely annihilate him. Because of their unique powers to their fighting styles, they make formidable opponents.
12Ultimate Madoka - Puella Magi Madoka Magica
WhenPuella Magi Madoka Magica’smagical girl transforms into her ultimate goddess form, not even Kratos stands a chance against her. He may be able to slay gods, but Madoka is able to bend reality and remake the universe, making her one of the best female protagonists in anime.
Madoka is a magical girl, utterly powerless at the beginning of the anime, but at the end, her single wish ends up bending reality itself. She exists in all time and space and is essentially the universe itself. She could easily erase Kratos’s existence from reality.
11Rimuru Tempest - That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime
If Kratos faced Rimuru at the beginning of the anime, then he could definitely annihilate the slime. Throughout the story, though, Rimuru becomes a demon lord and gains multiple abilities that would destroy the God Slayer.
While Rimuru’s body is indestructible, Kratos could still aim at his soul. That is, of course, if he could match the speed, instant regeneration, space-time manipulation, and all the other abilities of the demon lord. Even if he surpassed those powers, the Great Sage would possess Rimuru’s body and take care of the target.
10Mob - Mob Psycho
Shigeo Kageyama, also known as Mob, could definitely take on Kratos if he posed a threat to him or his family and friends. When Mob’s murderous intent was close to 99%, he became utterly ruthless and cold-blooded, ready to annihilate his opponents.

If that doesn’t bring Krators to his knees, then Mob would enter his ???% form due to the extreme stress he would be under. At that point, Kratos would not hold any chances, as Mob would destroy him with his limitless psychic energy.
9Eye Of God - Full Metal Alchemist
The Dwarf in the Flask, also known as Father in Fullmetal Alchemist, would hold a chance against Kratos after absorbing God, but he could still be defeated. But what if Kratos faced God himself? Not much is known about the Eye of God, but it could definitely take on the god slayer, and if not alone, it could definitely annihilate its opponent with the help of Truth.
These enigmatic beings are the universe themselves, and the only way to beat them is to never use alchemy again. That, though, does not mean they would cease to exist.
8Haruhi - The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya
If Haruhi had to face Kratos head-on, she probably would not hold many chances. Her power is, though, an unconscious one and would detect any threats to her well-being, dealing with them unknowingly to her.
Haruhi is something akin to a goddess able to interweave and merge realities to create new worlds. She could either erase Kratos' existence or throw him into another world.
7Ban - Seven Deadly Sins
If Kratos battled against Ban at the beginning of the story, he could beat him easily. However, after Ban goes through Purgatory, he becomes an unstoppable force. Not only does he have superhuman physical powers, but he also has enhanced senses and weapon mastery. Moreover, he is basically immortal.

He has the power of absorption and could easily steal Kratos’s strength and make it his own. Now, some fans may think that Ban can be defeated if Kratos straightaway targets his soul. Well, Ban survived Purgatory, a place that directly attacks the soul.
Even in his current form, Anos Voldigoad would be able to hold against Kratos. But what if Anos had his full powers? The Demi-God would be annihilated. It has been said that the former demon king can destroy whole universes with just his fists.
Anos also holds Venuzdonoa, the Abolisher of Reason. This demon sword has the power to destroy anything in existence, even the order of the world. It does not matter who the opponent is; gods and immortal beings can be slain with one slash.
5Lelouch - Code Geass
If Lelouch fought against Kratos based on physical abilities, he would definitely lose. Physical attacks are not, though, this great mecha anime protagonist’s way of fighting. He would simply use the power of his Geass and control the mind of Kratos.
If he decides to order the god slayer to kill himself, the chance that Kratos would reappear in front of him is high. Lelouch could either order his opponent to become his pawn or make him use his own blades to erase his existence.
4Goku - Dragon Ball
In his Super Saiyan God form, Goku becomes a being that surpasses everything. He possesses the Aura of god, which allows him to use godly ki, absorb and nullify enemy attacks, paralyze his opponents, and self-heal. That’s not all. Goku has several different power-ups that he can use against Kratos. If the Super Saiyan form doesn’t work, Goku can go SS2 or Super Saiyan God. The list goes on.

Goku can counter Kratos' Rage by using his older forms and showcasing his own anger. Either that or the Saiyan could nullify every attack of Kratos with his godly Ultra Instinct form.
3Saitama - One Punch Man
With just a simple workout of 100 daily pushups, sit-ups, squats, and 10 km runs, anyone can beat Kratos. So far, only Saitama has achieved this perfect body for physical combat, making him crave a worthy opponent.
Kratos can not survive a melee fight against Saitama, as a single punch would send him flying. The bigger question is whether the god Slayer would spark any interest or joy in the bald hero.
