Grinding for Trophies is addictive, and each game offers a unique set of challenges on the road to Platinum. The issue is that Trophy grinds aren’t created equally.
Some games provide obnoxious tasks that even die-hard Trophy enthusiasts will struggle to obtain. Others will hand over that shiny Platinum Trophy with minimal grind.

This list is for games that offer the latter, so here’s a selection of fantastic titles to fill your Trophy display.
10Tekken 6
Welcome To The Iron Fist Tournament
Tekken 6is a unique beast in the franchise, with most Trophies tied to a 3D beat-em-up mode calledScenario Campaign. It’s also pretty easy, and you’re able to defeat the frankly stupid AI by spamming strings of repetitive combos.
The Scenario Campaign is surprisingly in-depth, but you will unlock almost every Trophy naturally. “Gallery Completionist” will take a while as you must obtain all character endings, but there’s nothing too tricky here. If you’re a fan of fighting games,Tekken 6offersa fun Trophy grind, even if it’s longer than some other titles showcased here.

Tekken 6is at the bottom of the list, as there area couple of online Trophies. You can quickly unlock these with a friend, but players have long moved on if you rely on matchmaking.
Tekken 6may not be the strongest entry in the series, but it’s still an important part of a timeline full of iconic characters andformidable bosses.

An Unlikely Platinum
A few games in the Classics library don’t have Platinum Trophies. Fortunately,2Xtremedoes, and it’s a decent racer if you don’t mind the dated visuals.2Xtremeplays similarly toRoad Rash, as you canbeat up your opponentsif you get close.
Most Trophies are tied to finishing blocks of races, scoring knockdowns, and landing tricks. A few Trophies demand decent scores, but these can all be achieved with practice.

2Xtreme offerssome creative Trophies, too, with low-completion ratings as you have to go out of your way for them.
That said, Trophies like “Slow and Steady,” which require you to finish (not win) a race with a zero attribute character, are easy if you target them.

8Call of the Sea
Flex Those Puzzle-Solving Skills
Call of the Sea
Call of the Seais apuzzle-centric adventure gamewith an easy Platinum Trophy up for grabs. You can comfortablycollect every Trophy within 4-5 hours, and it’s impossible to miss anything.
Many Trophies inCall of the Seaare tied to chapter completion or mandatory events in the main story. Once you’ve finished the game, you can revisit chapters at your leisure for anything you may have missed.
Call of the Seaisn’t a challenging game, andthere isn’t even any combat. Some puzzles will trip you up the first time, but nothing is too taxing here. You can even snag the Platinum Trophy in a single sitting if you thoroughly explore during your first playthrough.
7Spirit of the North
A Stunning and Speedy Trophy Grind
Spirit of the North
Spirit of the Northis a visually striking 3D adventure game withlight puzzle-solvingand chapter selector, so you never miss a Trophy.
MostSpirit of the North’s Trophies are unlocked through regular story completion. you’re able to even finish the collectathon Trophies during your first playthrough if you’re thorough. I recommend taking your time to explore, and you can tie up loose ends during the post-game.
There’s asmall selection of odd Trophies, like “Foxin' Around,” where you must stand still for three minutes. That said, the trophy grind is effortless, and you can comfortably add another shiny Platinum to your collection within 10 hours of gameplay.
6Cat Quest
An Adorable Feline Adventure
Cat Questis akid-friendly gamewith light RPG mechanics, simple combat, and acharming story full of ridiculous puns.
The Trophy grind is pretty straightforward, and you will earn the vast majority just by completing the story.Several Trophies are locked behind side content, but you will find everything if you stray just a little off the beaten track.
The Trophy with the lowest collection rate is “Super Catventurer,” which requires you toreach level 99.
It’s not difficult, but this Trophy is the reason why the Platinum can take around 12 hours to unlock.
Despite the aesthetic, audiences of any age will find something to enjoy inCat Quest. It’s a superb game forRPG beginners, and there’s a smooth road to unlock everything.

5The Plucky Squire
Straight Out Of A Story Book
The Plucky Squire
The Plucky Squireis one of thefinest Platformers on PS Plus, with a great story and a unique combination of 2D and 3D gameplay.
We’ve sung this game’s praises inour review, and theTrophy grind is pretty straightforward. You will earn the vast majority of Trophies by completing the game normally, and I recommend playing on Adventure Mode (the harder difficulty) to unlock both completion Trophies at once.
There is a collectathon inThe Plucky Squire, but most items are hidden in plain sight. Honestly,I’m surprised at how low the Platinum completion rate isfor this title, as stages are repeatable if you miss anything. If you’re thorough, you’ll complete this one in no time.
4Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series
A Classic Double-Whammy
Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series
TheKlonoa Phantasy Reverie Seriesis a collection ofKlonoagames from both thePlayStation and PlayStation 2. These adorable 2.5D Platformers are on the easy side, and you will earn most of the Trophies by finishing each game.
Many Trophies inKlonoaare tied to defeating bosses, which areimpossible to miss. you may also revisit stages at your leisure once you’ve beaten each game. There are collectibles in each game, and while they are in plain sight in the original, they are more hidden inKlonoa 2. Both collectathons unlock an extra stage for each game, with a Trophy attached.
I know collectible grinds are scary for Trophy hunters, but they are pretty easy here. You can get everything done within 12 hours, and you’ll have completed a pair of beloved Namco Platformers in the process.
A Revenge Story Of Blood And Teeth
Maneateris an addictive 3D adventure game and easily one of thebest titles where you play as the monster. The Trophy grind may take a few sessions, but I daresay you’ll have enough fun that the time won’t matter.
TheManeaterTrophy list is split into two sections. You willearn the vast majority of Trophies by simply completing the story. Once you beat the game, you can return to any previous area to tie up loose ends, and you’re pretty overpowered when you do.
A couple of collectathon Trophies may trip you up, but you should be fine as long as youmash the Sonar buttonwhen you revisit stages in the post-game.
2Cat Quest 2
Another Pawsome Platinum
Cat Quest II
I feel a little cheeky recommending anotherCat Questgame, but they are both easy Platinums and free on PS Plus.
Cat Quest 2offers a list of Trophiessimilar to the original. You will obtain most of the Trophies on your way to a Story clear for “Paws Together.” Once you’ve done that, you can blast through all the side quests and dungeons.
There’snothing complicatedinCat Quest 2, and you can even play it with a friend in adecent co-op mode. Collecting all 101 equipment pieces for “Fashionista Tails III” can take around 10 hours, but it will be your last hurdle in this relaxed, light-hearted adventure game.
1My Friend Peppa Pig
Trophy Hunters Know All About This One
My Friend Peppa Pig
Among Trophy hunting circles,Peppa Pighas a reputation for being ashort and easyride to a Platinum Trophy.
My Friend Peppa Pigis a 2D story/adventure game withTrophies that are impossible to miss. You will collect every single Trophy by simply playing the game and the journey is stacked full of easy, if unintuitive, puzzles.
The only downsides toMy Friend Peppa Pigis that it’sclearly made for a very young audienceand is repetitive. That said, you will earn the Platinum Trophy within two hours.
Now all you have to do is explain that one to your friends!
